By creating an account or using FenceWright, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms form a binding agreement between you and The Wright Ones LLC. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
FenceWright provides quoting tools for residential contractors. Computer-generated quotes are provided as a starting point and should be reviewed before sending to clients. We do not guarantee the accuracy of pricing estimates, and you are solely responsible for the final quote you send to any client.
You must be 18 or older and have authority to bind any business you represent. One account per person or business entity. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
FenceWright is billed monthly starting at $49/month for the Pro plan. Payment is processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. No refunds are issued for partial months, except where required by law.
You agree not to: use the service for any illegal purpose; attempt to reverse engineer or copy the service; use automation to generate quotes at scale beyond your subscription limits; submit false or misleading information; or interfere with other users or our infrastructure.
Quotes generated by FenceWright are computer-generated suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all computer-generated output before using it commercially. The Wright Ones LLC is not liable for any losses arising from the use of computer-generated quotes without your independent verification.
You retain ownership of your business data and quote content. You grant us a limited license to store and process it to provide the service. The FenceWright platform, software, and branding are owned by The Wright Ones LLC and may not be copied or used without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Wright Ones LLC's total liability to you for any claims arising from use of FenceWright shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms, with or without notice. You may close your account at any time by emailing [email protected].
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
